Check the schedule and its last occurrence before creating a replacement invoice.

1. Check the schedule state

Open Invoicing → Recurring. Check whether the intended record is active, paused, cancelled, or awaiting review.

The recurring list shows active and paused schedules separately.

2. Review timing and limits

Check the exact Next Invoice Date, frequency, monthly-day choice, and remaining invoice count. An activated gateway subscription can have locked schedule controls.

3. Look for an unsent occurrence

Review the generated-invoice history and Invoicing → Invoices. A saved draft or unsent invoice is different from a missing occurrence.

4. Review restrictions

Check the current plan and any account, payment, recipient, or delivery notice. Adding an email address does not send old occurrences.

5. Ask for investigation

Contact Human Support with the recurring reference, expected date, and visible state if unexplained. Avoid duplicating an active schedule or bypassing its pause.
