Check the key and the actual error before retrying a request.
1. Review the key
Open Integrations → Developer API. Check its business, status, expiry, permissions, and monthly usage.
2. Interpret the response
A 401 can mean a missing, expired, or revoked key or a password change. A 403 can mean missing access, paused changes, or an ineligible account. A 429 indicates an allowance or temporary capacity limit.
3. Choose the right remedy
Use Renew or Revoke from the key menu when offered. Access cannot be added to an existing key. Follow the response’s retry guidance before retrying a limit error.
4. Share only redacted details
For an unresolved problem, give support the visible error and request reference with credentials and private values removed.
