Duplicate a past job into a new draft and review every detail that can change.
1. Find the old job
Open the relevant invoice or estimate list. Confirm the original customer and job before using its Duplicate action.
2. Check the new draft
Confirm you are editing the new copy. Review the customer, document number, dates, items, quantities, prices, taxes, payment methods, and reminders.
3. Update the agreement
Remove old work that does not apply and enter the current job details. Do not assume the earlier price or reminder choices are appropriate for this job.
4. Save and preview
Check the saved preview, addresses, due date, and total. Send the new draft when ready and leave the original job’s document and payment history intact.
