Creating a Refund for a Credit Note
- Navigate to Invoicing > Credit Notes.
- Identify and select the credit note you wish to refund.
- Click on Refund button on the right panel to initiate the refund process.
- Enter the refund amount. This can be the full value of the credit note or a partial amount.
- Click Save.
