Creating a Refund for a Credit Note

  • Navigate to Invoicing > Credit Notes. 
  • Identify and select the credit note you wish to refund.
  • Click on Refund button on the right panel to initiate the refund process.
  • Enter the refund amount. This can be the full value of the credit note or a partial amount.
  • Click Save.

Note: It's important to record the exact refund amount, whether it's a partial or full refund.
