Use this when part of a quote is optional and the customer can leave it out.

1. Open Document Options

Open Business Profiles. Select Edit beside the business you want to change, then choose Document Options, then Estimates.

Select Edit beside the business you want to change.

2. Choose the setting

In Estimate Options, turn on Remove Items.

Remove Items is a separate choice from changing quantities.

3. Save Changes

Select Save Changes. Review the intended estimate and its item settings before sharing it.

4. Save and check the result

Check the customer view and resulting total. Keep removal off when your offer requires all lines.
