Introduction: The Multi-language feature in Invoice Crowd allows you to customize the language settings for your business profile. This includes the default language, Customer UI Language, Customer Email Language, and Backend UI Language. Here’s how you can set it up:
Accessing Languages Settings:
- Navigate to your
Business Profile
. - Select the relevant
Business Profile
from the list. - Click on
Languages
to access the language settings.
Setting a Default Language:
- In the language settings, you will find a drop-down menu to select your
Default Language
. - Click on the drop-down menu and select the desired language from the list See Image
Customizing Language Options:
- Below the default language option, you’ll find a
Custom
option. - Click on
Custom
to expand and view additional language settings.
Configuring Customer UI Language:
- Under the
Custom
option, locateCustomer UI Language
. - This setting impacts the language your customers will see on the invoice payment link.
- Select the desired language from the drop-down menu.
Configuring Customer Email Language:
- Locate
Customer Email Language
under theCustom
option. - This setting impacts the language used in emails sent to customers.
- Select the desired language from the drop-down menu.
Configuring Backend UI Language:
- Locate
Backend UI Language
under theCustom
option. - This setting impacts the language displayed in your Invoice Crowd backend.
- Select the desired language from the drop-down menu.
Saving Your Settings:
- Once you’ve configured the language settings to your preference, make sure to save your settings to apply the changes.
