Open AI Assistant. Request a proposal template or reusable section and describe its purpose, content, and style. Use approved terms and images already in your media library.

2. Specify the boundaries

For an edit, name your saved template or section and state what should change. Do not ask to overwrite a shared gallery design.

3. Review and confirm

Check the proposed content and layout. Confirm only when your template or section permissions allow it.

4. Open the saved material

Find templates under My Templates and reusable sections in the editor’s saved content. Preview and refine them before using them for a customer.
