Find the accepted copy and its recorded review or signing history.

1. Open the signed proposal

Go to Proposals → My Proposals. Open the intended accepted or completed proposal and confirm its customer and name.

The proposal editor separates Actions from content and design tools.

2. Check the state

Review the approved or completed status and open History or Approvals & Signing when available.

3. Review the evidence

Check the recorded version, reviewer decisions, participants, and completed signatures. The saved version matters when comparing terms.

The signing workflow preserves the reviewed participants and their assignments.

4. Open the signed copy

Use the proposal’s saved customer view or available PDF download to inspect the accepted document.

An approved customer copy shows its recorded response.

5. Keep changes separate

For a new scope after approval, duplicate into a new proposal and review it as a new offer. Do not treat a previous signature as approval of changed terms.
