Connect your Razorpay account, then offer it on the invoices that should accept it.

1. Open the provider

Choose Payment Methods → Razorpay and select Add New. To review an existing connection, use Edit beside the intended account.

2. Choose the matching mode

Choose Live for the real account or Sandbox for testing. Use credentials from that same provider account and mode. Enter a recognizable nickname.

3. Enter the connection details

Enter the API Key and Secret Key. Review the separate dedicated Webhook Secret instructions; it is not the API secret. If the form asks for subscription events, complete the dedicated webhook setup before relying on subscription notifications.

4. Save and review the account

Select Save. Follow any additional connection instructions displayed in the form, then review the listed account and its status. Keep all secrets in the payment form.

5. Offer it on a document

Open the invoice’s Payment Methods panel, select this saved account, save the invoice, and check the customer preview. Review currency, fees, and mode before sharing.
