Download a compatible invoice pack and review the destination mappings before importing it.

1. Select the invoices

Open Invoicing → Invoices and select the intended rows. Choose Export to QuickBooks / Xero.

2. Choose the destination

Choose the Accounting App, Accounting Company Region, and Company Base Currency. Set the multicurrency and sales-tax choices to match that company. Read any warning, then choose Resolve Mappings when the setup is supported.

Destination checks the accounting app, region, currency, and relevant company settings before mapping.

3. Check the mappings

Match the destination company’s contact, item, account, and tax names or codes exactly. Review any missing or unresolved mapping.

4. Review the export

At Review & Download, compare the region, currency, saved invoice totals, and export totals. Resolve differences before downloading.

5. Import once and verify

Follow the downloaded instructions in the destination. Check existing invoice numbers before importing again. Review the imported status and totals; recording customer payments is a separate step.

If a warning says this export is unavailable for the destination’s tax setup, use the accounting connection indicated on the screen. The example shows that warning for a QuickBooks company with sales tax set up.
