Revoke a connection when the app or key should no longer access the business.

1. Identify the connection

Open Account menu → Integrations and locate the relevant app or key. Check its name, business, and access first.

Connected Apps lists the app, business profile, and revoke control.
Connected Apps lists the app, business profile, and revoke control.

2. Review what uses it

Check whether an active automation or trusted tool still depends on this connection. Revocation stops future authorized use; it does not undo records already saved.

3. Revoke the intended access

Use Revoke or Revoke Access and complete the displayed confirmation.

4. Check the status

Verify the connection is no longer active. Investigate any unfinished business action through its original record rather than assuming revocation reversed it.
