Import an original document only after reviewing what can be converted.
1. Open Import Proposal
Go to Proposals → My Proposals → Import Proposal when available. Choose one PDF, DOCX, or PPTX up to the displayed 20 MB limit and select Upload and Check.
2. Read the analysis
Keep the protected original for comparison. PDF files and signed originals remain locked originals rather than editable native conversions. Read any unsupported-content message before continuing.
3. Choose the draft details
For an editable Office conversion, enter the draft title and choose the saved customer. Review all extracted clauses, tables, and amounts against the original.
4. Review every page
Open every page in the visual comparison. Native content can reflow; page breaks, fonts, and decoration may differ from the original. If anything important is missing or incorrect, stop the conversion and use the original.
5. Confirm the new draft
Check the complete-document acknowledgement only after the comparison is complete. Confirm to create the draft, then review it in the normal proposal editor. Original signatures do not become approval of the new document.
