Put the requested signature or initials beside the terms the signer must review.

1. Open the proposal

Go to Proposals → My Proposals and open the intended editable draft. Confirm the customer and proposal name.

The proposal editor separates Actions from content and design tools.

2. Place the fields

Use Content → Signature for a signature block. Use a supported initials field or a text field configured for initials where that choice is available.

Content contains signature blocks and native form fields.

3. Name the request

Label fields clearly so the client knows what each answer or initials represents. Set required choices only where needed.

4. Assign the signer

If Approvals & Signing is available, assign each customer field and signature to its intended signer. Assign a choice field and the fields it reveals to the same signer.

Review Rules & Participants shows the saved signer assignments.

5. Save and preview

Save the proposal and check every relevant page in Preview. A signature placeholder is not a signature; the recipient completes it through their personal signing flow.
