Change a reusable offer for future buyers and keep earlier purchases separate.
1. Open the payment link
Go to Invoicing → Payment Links. Identify the offer by name and open its editor.
2. Edit future offer details
Change the intended products, prices, taxes, quantity choices, or payment methods. Save and preview the updated offer.
3. Retire an offer deliberately
To stop a link that you no longer offer, return to Payment Links, open its row menu, and choose Delete. Read the confirmation: the link stops working for anyone who has it. If you intend to offer it again, review the alternative with support before retiring the link.
4. Review previous buyers separately
Open an earlier buyer’s actual invoice for corrections or refunds. Editing or retiring the shared offer does not cancel that invoice or return a prior payment.
