Use a pricing table for amounts and keep optional choices clear to the client.

1. Open the proposal

Go to Proposals → My Proposals and open the intended editable draft. Confirm the customer and proposal name.

The proposal editor separates Actions from content and design tools.

2. Add the pricing table

Open Content → Pricing Table and place it on the intended page. Add the real products, services, or package options.

Pricing Table is a native proposal block, separate from an ordinary text table.

3. Review the amounts

Check the currency, quantities, rates, taxes, discounts, and each table’s total. State whether each price is one-time or recurring in the offer’s terms.

4. Choose client options

Allow quantity changes, removal, or package choices only for the intended optional lines. Keep required work fixed.

5. Test the client’s selection

Save and preview. Try each option and compare the resulting total with the agreed pricing. Remove all unsupported example prices before sending.
