Keep the structure reusable while reviewing each client’s actual commercial terms.

1. Choose the starting design

Open Proposals → Templates and create or edit your own reusable template. A saved proposal can also use Actions → Save as Template.

Proposal Templates separates your saved material from gallery designs.

2. Describe the pricing basis

For hourly work, state the scope, rate, and how hours are billed. For monthly services, state the included work, period, and limits. For products, state the items, quantities, delivery, and price.

3. Add a pricing table

Use the native Pricing Table for offered amounts and options. Keep explanatory terms beside the table consistent with those prices.

4. Test it with a client

Save the template, start a new proposal from it, and enter the real customer, quantities, dates, and prices. Preview the result. A reusable offer does not activate a subscription or issue an invoice.
