Limit a teammate so they can only view/manage specific customers.

Steps to Restrict a Team Member to Selected Customers

Open Team and Edit the Member

  • Log in to your Invoice Crowd account.

  • Go to Team in the left sidebar

  • Find the teammate and click Edit.

Set Customer Scope

  • In the Customers access section, turn on "Only Selected Customers" and select only the names of the customers you want to give access to.

Choose Customers

  • Open the Customers multi-select and pick the customers this teammate should access.

  • Click Save/Update.
