Compare invoiced revenue with project labor costs and expenses for the selected period.

1. Open Profitability

Go to Worklog → Projects, open the project, and select Profitability. The owner or an authorized timesheet manager can view internal costs.

Profitability is a project tab with its own period selector.

2. Choose the period

Select the dates you want to review. Compare Invoiced, Labour Cost, Expenses, Profit, and Work in Progress (Unbilled).

3. Check missing costs

Read any missing cost-rate notice. A person without a cost per hour contributes no labor cost to this management view; correct the intended cost rate before relying on the margin.

4. Trace the figures

Review the project’s invoices, timesheets, and expenses. Revenue uses the invoice date before tax. Labor cost is hours multiplied by internal cost per hour; it is a project-management figure rather than an accounting posting.
