2. Add a document attachment

Below the invoice’s notes and signature area, select Attach Files. In Add Attachment, choose Upload or Media Library, then confirm the intended file. Review the filename in the invoice’s attachment list.

3. Prepare an email attachment

Open Send. Drag the file into its attachment area or choose Browse. Check the displayed file count and size before adding more.

4. Review before sending

Confirm the filename, intended recipient, document, and message. A composer attachment is different from a persistent invoice attachment.

5. Save or send the intended result

Save the invoice when its own attachments changed. Send the email only after reviewing its attachments; closing an unsent composer does not send its files.
