Ask AI can explain the screen you need and the next step to take.
1. Choose Ask AI
Open the chat launcher and choose Ask AI. Use AI Assistant instead if you need a lookup in your account.
2. Describe the task
Name the feature, what you want to achieve, and the current state. For example: “I saved an unpaid invoice. How do I change its reminders?”
3. Follow the relevant steps
Check the answer against the labels on your screen. Mention any missing control or visible error in a follow-up. Leave passwords, verification codes, and connection secrets out of chat.
4. Escalate a specific problem
Choose Human Support if the instructions do not explain a missing payment, document, or persistent failure. Include the document reference and the visible error.
