Use separate choices for in-app alerts and notification emails.

1. Read your alerts

Select the bell in the top bar. Open an alert to review the linked record.

2. Open notification preferences

Open Notification Settings. Review each event’s Bell and Email switches. An event may not offer both channels.

3. Save the choices

Make the changes you want and choose Save. If an unsaved-changes notice appears when leaving, choose Save and Leave to retain them.

4. Handle review alerts carefully

Opening or marking an alert read does not resolve its operation. For an email marked Needs Review, use its review action and retain the reference before attempting another send.
