A webhook tells your receiving app when a selected event happens.

1. Open the event settings

As the owner, go to Account menu → Integrations → Webhooks. Find the event card you need, such as Invoices, Customers, Items, or Accounting.

2. Choose the destination and events

Enter the trusted receiving service’s destination URL and select only the events it should receive. Review what those events will disclose.

3. Set up verification privately

Use the displayed signing-secret controls only with your trusted receiver and follow the delivery-verification notes. Do not put the secret into chat or a public document.

4. Save and review delivery

Save the intended settings. Check the offered delivery result or the receiving service’s logs when an actual selected event occurs. Outgoing webhooks are separate from payment-provider callback URLs.
