Test and live connections represent different provider accounts or environments.
1. Check the saved account
Open Payment Methods and find the account you plan to offer. Review the displayed Live or Sandbox selection.
2. Keep credentials in the same mode
When adding or editing an account, use the provider credentials for the selected mode. Do not mix a live public key with a test secret.
3. Check the invoice selection
Open the document’s Payment Methods panel. Select the intended saved account, save, and preview its choices.
4. Verify real money separately
Test transactions do not establish money received. For a real payment, match the live provider result and the invoice’s payment history before entering another receipt.
