Use an item’s SKU or exported Item ID to update it deliberately.

1. Open Import File

Go to Items → More → Import File. Prepare no more than 1,000 rows and 2 MiB per batch.

2. Choose the update mode

Select Update existing items only, or Add new and update existing items if the file also contains new products. Match existing records by SKU or Item ID.

3. Limit the changes

Choose the mapped fields you want to update. Keep SKU and Item ID as text. Decide whether selected blank cells should keep or clear existing values.

4. Preview and apply

Select Preview Changes. Review Action and Changes / Details for each row, then choose Apply Reviewed Changes. Check the saved result or Recent Item Imports before retrying.
