Choose the connection that matches the software and work you want to use.
1. Open Integrations
As the account owner, open Account menu → Integrations. Review Connected Apps, AI Connections, and Developer API.
2. Choose the type
Use AI Connections for a trusted app such as ChatGPT or Claude that supports the connection. Use Developer API for your own software. Use Connected Apps for offered automation services such as Zapier or Pabbly.
3. Choose the business and access
Grant only the business and record areas the connection needs. API keys, AI connection keys, and payment-provider keys are different credentials.
4. Check availability
Review the eligibility and status shown. MCP and Developer API require an eligible current paid monthly or yearly account and the corresponding plan access.
